Workers’ Compensation Pay Rate Calculator
- To calculate your workers compensation pay rate for when you are out of work:
- Type your date of accident in the red cell in column D, row 117 (just replace 1/1/25 with your date of accident)
- Enter your average weekly wage in D118 (just replace $785.56 with your AWW).
- The statutory minimum and maximum rates for your date of accident (DOA) are displayed in cells G118 and I118.
- The pay rate calculator will compute your weekly benefit for the most common disability percentages.
- For example, for a DOA of 1/1/25 with a $785.56 AWW, the benefit rate for a 75% disability is $392.78 per week.
Other Disability Rates
- To calculate the benefit rate for other percentages of disabilty:
- Enter your percentage of disability in cell O138 (where it says % to $ – cell O138).
- The weekly rate will be displayed in the cell below (cell 0139).
Pay Rate to Disability Calculations
- Enter your rate of pay in cell P138. It will display your percentage of disability in cell P139.
